7.118

爾時，阿難發聲唱言：「我聞如是一時，說佛所居處。」迦葉及一切聖眾，皆墮淚悲泣不能自勝，咄嗟老死如幻如化，昨日見佛今日已稱言滅為聞。最初出經，胎化藏為第一，中陰藏第二，摩訶衍、方等藏第三，戒律藏第四，十住菩薩藏第五，雜藏第六，金剛藏第七，佛藏第八，是為釋迦文佛經法具足矣。二月八日成佛，二月八日轉法輪，二月八日降魔，二月八日般涅槃。

At that time, Ānanda raised his voice and chanted, "Thus have I heard: at one time," stating where the Buddha had resided. Kāśyapa and all the holy assembly shed tears and wept sorrowfully, unable to control themselves: "Alas! Old age and death are like illusions and transformations! Yesterday we saw the Buddha, and today it is already spoken of that he has entered cessation, [heard only as] 'thus have I heard'!" In the initial recitation of the scriptures, the Garbhavikurvaṇa Piṭaka was the first, the Antarābhava Piṭaka was the second, the Mahāyāna Vaipulya Piṭaka was the third, the Vinaya Piṭaka was the fourth, the Daśabhūmika Bodhisattva Piṭaka was the fifth, the Saṃyukta Piṭaka was the sixth, the Vajra Piṭaka was the seventh, and the Buddha Piṭaka was the eighth: these are complete as the scriptures and Dharma of Śākyamuni Buddha. On the eighth day of the second month he attained buddhahood; on the eighth day of the second month he turned the wheel of the Dharma; on the eighth day of the second month he subdued Māra; on the eighth day of the second month he entered parinirvāṇa.
