佛告善業：「汝所問者皆是如來威神力故。」爾時，座上百七十億眾生解識深法，悉發無上正真道意。
The Buddha told Kuśalakarma: “What you have asked is entirely through the Tathāgata's spiritual power.” At that time, one hundred and seventy billion sentient beings in the assembly understood the profound Dharma of consciousness, and all gave rise to the aspiration for unsurpassed, true, and equal enlightenment.
