"Furthermore, disciples, from anādikāla until today, whether by reason of the six emotional sense-faculties we committed all sins, or by reason of the six consciousnesses committed all sins, or by reason of the six perceptions committed all sins, or by reason of the six feelings committed all sins, or by reason of the six formations committed all sins, or by reason of the six cravings committed all sins, or by reason of the six doubts committed all sins—such kleśas are immeasurable and boundless, harassing and disturbing the six destinies and all four modes of birth. Today with shame we pay namas and perform kṣamā.
