1.64

"Furthermore, disciples, from anādikāla until today, whether by reason of the seven outflows we committed all sins, or by reason of the seven anuśayas committed all sins, or by reason of the eight inversions committed all sins, or by reason of the eight stains committed all sins, or by reason of the eight sufferings committed all sins—such kleśas are immeasurable and boundless, harassing and disturbing all in the six destinies and four modes of birth. Today we make open confession, pay namas, and perform kṣamā.
