觀離欲結亦念息入出——心離諸結，是法第一，是名隨離欲觀。
When contemplating detachment from the fetters of desire, one also is mindful of breathing in and out: the mind detaching from all fetters is the foremost dharma. This is called contemplation in conformity with detachment from desire.
