「第四節，毘琉璃童子持青色藥，右手持之，散於髮間及遍身體一切毛孔，使青色藥從薄皮入乃至於髓，使心下赤。

"At the fourth node, a vaiḍūrya youth holding blue-coloured medicine in his right hand sprinkles it among the hair and into all the pores of the entire body, causing the blue-coloured medicine to enter from the thin skin down to the marrow, making the area beneath the heart red.
