「一一毛孔各下一針，從於足下上刺二針。心上作三蓮花，三花之中有三火珠放赤色光，光照於心，令心下漸漸暖。然後兩掌諸節各下三針，隨脈上下調和諸氣，生四百四脈，不觸大腸、腎脈增長。復以五針刺左腸脈。如是，童子調和諸針，以不思議熏、不思議修，挽出諸針置五爪下，以手摩觸遍行者身。

"He inserts a needle into every single pore, and pierces two needles upward from beneath the feet. Over the heart, he visualises three lotus flowers, and within the three flowers are three fire-jewels emitting red light that shines upon the heart, making the area beneath the heart gradually warm. Then he inserts three needles into each joint of both palms, harmonising the various breaths as they follow the channels up and down, generating the four hundred and four channels, without touching the large intestine, and increasing the kidney channels. He then pierces the channels of the left intestine with five needles. In this way, the youth harmonises the needles, and through inconceivable fumigation and inconceivable cultivation, he pulls out the needles, places them beneath the five fingernails, and strokes the practitioner's whole body with his hands.
