2.19

告舍利弗：「若有行者因水致下動四百四病，欲得治者，當疾服是娑呵等藥，除病無患、滅業障海、疾見道跡。是故，汝等善好受持，慎莫忘失。」

[The Buddha] told Śāriputra: "If a practitioner suffers from diarrhea caused by water, agitating the four hundred and four illnesses, and wishes to cure it, he should quickly take such medicines as Sahanaga; it will eliminate the illness without trouble, extinguish the ocean of karmic obstacles, and cause him swiftly to see the traces of the Path. Therefore, you all should receive and maintain it well, and be careful not to forget it."
