「治之法者，先當想一七寶高幢，有乾闥婆在其幢端，身如白玉，動身讚偈，身毛孔中出大蓮華，百千比丘在蓮華上聲萬種音，過於己身百千萬倍，因是漸漸息其憍慢。

"The method of curing it is: he should first visualize a high banner of the seven treasures, with a gandharva atop the banner whose body is like white jade, moving his body and chanting verses of praise, with large lotus flowers emerging from the pores of his body, and hundreds of thousands of bhikṣus atop the lotus flowers emitting myriad kinds of sounds, surpassing his own by a hundred thousand myriad times. Thereby his arrogance will gradually subside.
