1.10

爾時世尊入遍淨色身三昧，從三昧起即便微笑，諸佛笑法有五色光。時五色光化五百色，從佛口出照父王頂；從父王頂照光明臺；從光明臺照于精舍，遍娑婆界還入佛頂。

At that time the Bhagavat entered the samādhi of the thoroughly pure form-body. Arising from the samādhi, he immediately smiled. The manner in which Buddhas smile involves five-colored lights. Then the five-colored lights transformed into five hundred colors, issued forth from the Buddha's mouth, and illuminated the crown of the royal father's head; from the crown of the royal father's head they illuminated the dais of light; from the dais of light they illuminated the vihāra, pervading the Sahā world, and returned to enter the crown of the Buddha's head.
