10.45

佛說是語時，比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷，及菩薩大眾、天龍八部、一切鬼神，聞佛說是微妙身相，有得須陀洹、斯陀含、阿那含、有得阿羅漢者，有種辟支佛道因緣者，有發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心者，有得無生法忍者，數甚眾多不可稱說。

When the Buddha spoke these words, among the monks, nuns, upāsakas, and upāsikās, as well as the great assembly of bodhisattvas, the eight classes of devas and nāgas, and all ghosts and spirits, hearing the Buddha explain these exquisite marks of the body, there were those who attained the fruit of srotāpanna, sakṛdāgāmin, anāgāmin, or arhat; there were those who planted the causes and conditions for the path of pratyekabuddhas; there were those who gave rise to the mind of anuttarā samyaksaṃbodhi; and there were those who attained the forbearance of the non-arising of dharmas, their numbers being exceedingly great and impossible to count.
