3.73

佛告父王：「戲弄惡口，乃至得道所見不明。是故諸人當勤護口，專心正意觀佛三昧，以見佛故獲無量福。」

The Buddha told his royal father: "Because of mockery and harsh speech, even upon attaining the path, what is seen is not clear. Therefore, all people should diligently guard their speech, single-mindedly and with right intention practice the buddhānusmṛti-samādhi; because of seeing the Buddha, they will obtain immeasurable blessings."
