3.74

是時世尊！欲令大眾見佛色身了了分明，佛即化精舍如白玉山，高妙大小猶如須彌，百千龕窟，於眾龕窟影現諸像與佛無異。時佛前地有大蓮華，其華千葉，葉有千光，光千化佛，佛千弟子以為侍者。

At that time, the Bhagavat, wishing to cause the great assembly to see the Buddha's rūpakāya with complete clarity, transformed the monastery into a white jade mountain, lofty, wondrous, and as large as Mount Sumeru, with hundreds of thousands of niches and grottos; and within the various niches and grottos, images were reflected that were no different from the Buddha. At that time, on the ground before the Buddha, there was a great lotus flower with a thousand petals; each petal had a thousand rays of light, each ray of light had a thousand transformation Buddhas, and each Buddha had a thousand disciples as attendants.
