4.15

佛告阿難：「佛滅度後佛諸弟子，作是觀者，除却千劫極重惡業，後世生處心無所著，不處胞胎恒常化生，既化生已身光具足不離諸佛。如是觀者名為正觀，若異觀者名為邪觀。

The Buddha told Ānanda: "After the Buddha's parinirvāṇa, disciples of the Buddha who make this contemplation will eliminate extremely heavy evil karma of a thousand kalpas. In the place of their future rebirth, their minds will be unattached; they will not abide in a womb, but will constantly be born by apparitional birth (aupapāduka). Once born by apparitional birth, their bodies will be fully endowed with light and they will never be parted from the Buddhas. Such contemplation is called right contemplation; if one contemplates otherwise, it is called wrong contemplation.
