"What is called 'contemplating the realm of the Buddhas'? When the Buddhas, the Tathāgatas, appear in the world, they adorn themselves with two kinds of phenomena. What are the two? First, they preach the twelvefold scriptures beforehand, enabling sentient beings to read, recite, and become thoroughly versed in them; such various things are called the gift of Dharma. Second, through their wondrous form-body, they manifest throughout Jambudvīpa and the realms of the ten directions, enabling sentient beings to behold the Tathāgata's form-body, complete and fully adorned with the thirty-two primary marks and the eighty secondary characteristics, without any deficient mark, giving rise to joy in their hearts.
