"If disciples of the Buddha practice this contemplation, they eliminate the sins of birth and death for two thousand kalpas. In their future rebirths, their lips and mouths will be exquisite, their teeth will have neither gaps nor deficiencies, and they will attain the supreme of colours. Though they attain such colour, their minds will not be greedily attached to it. They will constantly see the Buddhas, voice-hearers, and pratyekabuddhas, who will expound the Dharma for them so that their minds are free from doubt. To contemplate in this way is called correct contemplation; to contemplate otherwise is called false contemplation.
