“Hundreds of millions of rays of light illuminate the southeastern direction, reaching to the immeasurable worlds of the southeastern direction, transforming into golden wheels, each golden wheel attended by the seven treasures. For each golden wheel there are ten billion wheel-turning sage kings; each wheel-turning sage king is fully endowed with a thousand sons and the fourfold army. Their divine wish-fulfilling jewels emit great radiance like smoke and clouds. In each ray of light are great lotus flowers, flower matching flower, and from within the joined flowers issues great sunlight. In each sunlight is a golden elephant which a bodhisattva transformedly rides. When riding the elephant, there are tens of billions of auspicious omens that cannot be fully described. The lights of the bodhisattvas combine to form a single Buddha, whose body is golden-colored and immeasurable in size, who also displays the mark of the navel, the light of the navel mark being as described above. The beings within the lights all praise the five precepts and preach the ten wholesome dharmas, and the wheel-turning kings hold golden wheels in their hands and proclaim the ten wholesome dharmas.”
