佛言：「熟自念身中四大，名自有名都為無，吾我者寄生，生亦不久，其事如幻耳。」

The Buddha said: "Thoroughly contemplate within yourself the four great elements: names only possess nominal existence and are altogether nonexistent; the self is a lodged life, and life is also not long; its affairs are merely like an illusion."
