佛言：「人愚吾以為不善，吾以四等慈護濟之；重以惡來者，吾重以善往，福德之氣，常在此也；害氣重殃，反在于彼。」

The Buddha said: "When someone is foolish and considers me unvirtuous, I protect and deliver them with the four immeasurable minds of loving-kindness. If they approach me repeatedly with evil, I go toward them repeatedly with goodness. The energy of blessed virtue will constantly be here, while the harmful energy and severe calamities will, on the contrary, rest with them."
