2.16

次左蓮華中，觀耽字光輪，
光現多羅尊，青白色相雜，
中年女人狀，合掌持青蓮，
圓光靡不周，暉發猶淨金，
微笑鮮白衣。定慧內為拳，
二風輪舒合，二空以加之。

Next, within the lotus on the left, contemplate the light disc of the syllable Taṃ,
The light reveals the Honoured Tārā, mingled with blue and white colors,
In the form of a middle-aged woman, joining palms and holding a blue lotus,
With a circular nimbus that encompasses all, radiating brilliance like pure gold,
Smiling, in pure white garments. Samādhi and prajñā hands make inner fists,
Extend and join the two vāyumaṇḍalas, and place the two ākāśa[maṇḍalas] upon them.
