以定慧手作虛心合掌，火輪絞水輪交結相持，以二風輪置二空輪上猶如劍形，是聖者文殊師利印。說自心真言曰：
With the samādhi and prajñā hands form a hollow-palmed añjali; let the fire wheels twist with the water wheels, interlocking and holding each other; place the two wind wheels upon the two space wheels like the shape of a sword. This is the mudrā of the holy Mañjuśrī. The mantra of his own heart is spoken:
