「次用難堪忍，密印明結護，
藏密散水輪，旋轉指十方，
是名結大界。用持十方國，
能令悉堅住，是故三世事，
悉能普護之，威猛無能覩。」

"Next, employ the Intolerable [One],
binding and protecting with the mudrā and vidyā.
Release the water wheel of the Womb Seal,
rotating it to point in the ten directions;
this is called binding the great boundary.
Use it to sustain the lands of the ten directions,
causing them all to remain firm and stable;
therefore, matters of the three times
can all be universally protected,
so fierce and valiant that none can withstand the sight."
