次用難堪忍，密印明結護，
藏印散水輪，旋轉指十方，
是名結大界。用持十方國，
能令悉堅住，是故三世事，
悉能普護之，威猛無能覩。

Next, use the Unbearable secret mudrā and vidyā to bind and protect;
from the treasury mudrā, disperse the water-circle, rotating and pointing to the ten directions;
this is called binding the great boundary. Used to maintain the lands of the ten directions,
it can cause them all to stand firm; therefore, the activities of the three times
can all be universally protected; so awe-inspiring that none can gaze upon it.
