"Furthermore, Guhyakādhipati! I shall now explain the second maṇḍala.
It has an exact four-sided square form, surrounded by vajra seals,
All of wondrous golden hue, with a lotus stalk at the inner heart.
On the terrace appears a kalaśa, its radiant color like a pure moon,
Likewise with a great anusvāra, encircling and self-adorning.
Above, it displays the great wind seal, dense like dark clouds,
In the likeness of fluttering banners and pennants, with an anusvāra as its emblem.
Above it arises a fierce flame, identical to the fire of the kalpa’s disaster,
Forming a triangle, encircled by a triangle.
A garland of light pervades all around, the color of the morning sun's radiance.
Within it is a padma, crimson and dark like the kalpa fire.
Above it is the vajra seal, scattering and emitting blazing radiance,
Sustained with the sound of the syllable 'Hūṃ', the supreme, wondrous seed syllable.
The past Buddhas declared this to be your maṇḍala of vigorous zeal,
The host of wrathful Vajradharas! Next, arrayed primarily in the east,
Is the arising vajra division! Vajrāṅkuśa Bodhisattva!
Vajrapāṇi Bodhisattva! Vajrasattva Bodhisattva (the fourth assembly)!
Vajrāgradhara Bodhisattva! Vajramuṣṭi Bodhisattva!
Wrathful Candratilaka Bodhisattva! Vimalavajradhara!
Vajradṛḍhadhara Bodhisattva! Wrathful Vajradhara!
Anantavikrama Bodhisattva! Vajrasphoṭa Bodhisattva!
Vajradhara Bodhisattva! Nirprapañcasthita Bodhisattva!
Vajracakradhara Bodhisattva! Vajratīkṣṇa Bodhisattva!
Prītisukhavajradhara! Vajradaṃṣṭra Bodhisattva!
Prapañcavipramukta Bodhisattva! Vicitravajradhara Bodhisattva!
Vajratīkṣṇadhara Bodhisattva! Māmakī, the mother of the division!
She also holds a firm-wisdom pestle (three-pronged), adorning her body with necklaces.
To her right is Vajrasūci! Attendants surround her,
Smiling subtly and looking up in reverence. Like a pestle of firm and sharp wisdom,
Make an inner fist and extend the wind element finger (the thumb inserted), placing Śaṅkara on the left.
Vajrasphoṭadhara! Accompanying the messengers of his own division,
His body light yellow, with a wisdom pestle as his emblem,
Crossing the backs of the four fingers, rotating wisdom added to samādhi,
Placed below the Vajradharas. The wrathful Trailokyavijaya!
Subduer of Great Obstacles, named the Venerable Candratilaka!
Displaying three eyes and four fangs, colored like summer rain clouds,
With a laughing roar of 'Aṭaṭa'. Adorned with vajra-jeweled necklaces,
For the sake of gathering and protecting sentient beings, surrounded by immeasurable multitudes;
Even up to hundreds of thousands of hands, brandishing manifold implements.
Such wrathful deities and others all abide within lotuses,
Opening the two thumbs to hold the wind fingers, (following the five-pronged seal, slightly falling short. All Vajradharas hold the ground!)
All Vajramuṣṭis bound internally. (The two thumbs standing erect together, the two elbows close to each other, raised slightly high to resemble the shape of a pestle.)
Wrathful Kuṇḍalī! Lustrous like blue crystal,
Majestic brilliance like the kalpa fire, splendidly backing the moon disc,
With knitted brows and a smiling yet wrathful countenance, tiger fangs shown above and below,
A thousand unblinking eyes, majestic radiance all like the sun,
A thousand hands each holding their various vajra implements.
A vajra-jewel adorns his head! A dragon necklace and tiger-skin skirt,
Within the moon disc, seated calmly upon a flat boulder.
Wrathful, swift Kumāra! His body abides in golden color,
His hair also disheveled upwards, necklaces and armlets adorning his body.
Abiding upon a blue lotus, a tiger-skin used as a garment.
The wisdom pestle and samādhi fearlessness! As soon as he holds the mantra,
Transformation Buddhas emerge from his mouth. Next is Ucchuṣma!
Assuming a great wrathful form, black in color with rising blazing radiance.
A sword in the right hand and a lasso below, upholding a three-pronged spear,
All his implements blazing with fire. The Vajradharas obedient to commands and so forth!
With leaders such as these, numbering like the dust motes of ten Buddha fields,
Together with the assemblies of Vajradharas. Vajrapāṇi Bodhisattva!
(Vajrapāṇi)"
