彼真言曰（以第二三昧耶故，得同如來加持法界宮尊特之身。又為成就法性身諸菩薩故，又為作毘盧遮那阿闍梨事故，又為加持蓮華部眷屬故。兩手各別作拳，竪頭指當胸向裏而轉，兩頭從頂兩邊向裏曳頭指背向內，漸漸至心散。凡誦真言作印，喻如耕牛二頭同進，不得前後也）：

Its mantra says (Because of the second samaya, one attains equality with the Tathāgata's empowered body of supreme distinction in the dharmadhātu palace. Also for accomplishing the various bodhisattvas of the dharmatā-kāya; also for performing the deeds of the Vairocana ācārya; also for empowering the retinue of the Lotus family. Make fists separately with both hands, raise the index fingers toward the chest and turn them inward; from both sides of the crown, draw them inward with the backs of the index fingers facing inward, gradually dispersing at the heart. Whenever reciting mantras and making mudrās, it is like two oxen plowing together; neither may go ahead or behind):
