(The equal power of all Buddhas does not abide in tranquility but manifests great skillful means; its majestic radiance is so fierce and blazing that, just as a newborn infant cannot bear to look at the blazing sun, so too is this: none can bear it and dare to overshadow it. This Vidyārāja uses this mantra to protect the practitioner.)
