如是之人方可建立諸曼荼羅利益自他，求一切悉地決定成就。若不具如上諸緣，不從明師親受其法，不閑教意，不可造次趣然建立，非但觕動靈祇不安，抑亦自招其咎。

Only such a person may construct various maṇḍalas to benefit oneself and others, seeking all siddhis to be decisively accomplished. If one does not possess the conditions mentioned above, has not received the Dharma in person from an enlightened master, and is not well acquainted with the meaning of the teaching, one must not rashly and precipitously construct [a maṇḍala]. Not only would this agitate the spirits and deities and make them uneasy, but it would also bring calamity upon oneself.
