准前誦三遍，於頂上散。由結此印契、誦此諸菩薩部三昧耶真言故，即得觀自在菩薩等十方法界一切菩薩悉皆雲集遍滿虛空，加持行者三業清淨無諸災難，謂諸菩薩承本悲願，今所求者皆悉滿足。

Following the preceding method, recite it three times and release it above the crown. Because of forming this mudrā and reciting this Bodhisattva Family Samaya mantra, Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva and all the other bodhisattvas of the dharma-realm of the ten directions gather like clouds to fill empty space, bestowing adhiṣṭhāna upon the practitioner so that their three karmas are purified and free from all calamities and disasters; that is to say, these bodhisattvas, in accordance with their original compassionate vows, cause all that is presently sought to be completely fulfilled.
