Puna pāṇātipātādipañcasīlāni samādāyavattentānaṃ vasena vadati. Tāvatiṃsānanti idañca dūre nibbattā tāva mā āgacchantu, ime kasmā na entīti vadati.
He speaks again with reference to those who undertake and observe the five precepts, beginning with refraining from taking life. "Of the Tāvatiṃsa [gods]": and he says this: "Let those who are born far away not come yet; but why do these not come?"
