(Ka) ime dve dhammā bahukārāti ime dve satisampajaññā dhammā sīlapūraṇādīsu appamādo viya sabbattha upakārakā hitāvahā.

As to "these two Dhammas are of much help": these two Dhammas, mindfulness and clear comprehension, are helpful everywhere and bring about welfare, like diligence in the fulfillment of morality and so forth.
