(Kha) samatho ca vipassanā cāti ime dve saṅgītisutte lokiyalokuttarā kathitā. Imasmiṃ dasuttarasutte pubbabhāgā kathitā.

As to "serenity and insight": these two were spoken of as mundane and supramundane in the Saṅgīti Sutta. In this Dasuttara Sutta, they were spoken of as the preliminary stage.
