I cannot find the name of this grandee in the Maásir or the Tabaqát. He has been mentioned above, p. 309, l. 21. Akbar’s marriage with his daughter displeased Bairám, because ’Abdullah’s sister was married to Kámrán, of whose party Bairám believed him to be. When Bairám, during his rebellion (p. 317), marched from Dípálpúr to Jálindhar; he passed over Tihárah, where ’Abdullah defeated a party of his friends under Walí Beg (p. 329, No. 24).
’Abdullah Khán Mughul must not be confounded with ’Abdullah Khán Uzbek (No. 14).
