tathā ca vyāpakasya bhedabhānasya nivṛtter vyāpyasya gauṇatvasya nivṛttir iti niravadyam/

And so, since the pervasive factor—the appearance of difference—is absent, the pervaded factor—metaphorical status—is also absent; thus the argument is unblemished.
