ityeva prāpte brūyāt—
“viśeṣābhāvamātreṇa prasidhyetsarvadharmatā
viśeṣādvāvyavasthā syāttacca nehopapadyate2”

When this is the prima facie position, one should say in response:
“Through the mere absence of any distinction, the status of being a duty for all would be established;
or else, restriction could arise from a distinction, but that does not hold here.” (2)
