vidhyarthavādaśabdānāṃ mithopekṣāparikṣayāt | nāstyekavākyatā dharme prāmāṇyaṃ saṃbhavetkutaḥ ||
Because words of injunction and corroborative statement have their mutual expectancy exhausted, / there is no single sentencehood; whence could authoritativeness with respect to dharma arise?
