42.2.19-2

dvādaśādhikaraṇamāracayati-
na syuḥ syurvā'tra nīvārā vrīhisthāne *'miternahi|
vikārartaḍhḍhatātte syuḥ, prokṣaṇādirato bhavet ||

He sets forth the twelfth topical section: / In this case, would wild rice grains not take the place of rice grains, or would they? Not [the former], for lack of measurement; / They would take [the place] due to the secondary nominal affix expressing modification; hence sprinkling and the rest should take place.
