42.2.22-3

caturdaśādhikaraṇamāracayati-
śṛtadadhnoḥ praṇītānāṃ na dharmāḥ santi vā nahi |
apākārthatvataḥ, santi pākahetutvasāmyataḥ ||

He sets forth the fourteenth topical section: / Do the duties of Praṇītā water not apply to boiled milk and curds, or do they? No; / because they are not for cooking; they apply, because of their commonality as causes of cooking.
