nānāvidhairupāyairupakāriṇyanupakāriṇaḥ puṃsaḥ /
guṇavatyaguṇasya satastasyārthamapārthakaṃ carati //
Beneficent by various means toward the spirit which does no benefit, / endowed with constituents toward that which has no constituents, she accomplishes his purpose without any purpose of her own. //
