105.68

bhaṇiyā ya naṇavaēṇaṁ, ēē vippā parāiyā vāē
samaṇēṇa guṇavarēṇaṁ, nāyā vi hu tēṇa paḍikuṭṭhā

And the people spoke: “These brahmins were defeated in debate / by the monk of supreme virtue; knowing [this], they reviled him.”
