māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe baṃdhe pannatte, taṃ jahā–davvabaṃdhe ya, bhāvabaṃdhe ya|
davvabaṃdhe ṇaṃ bhaṃte! kativihe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe pannatte, taṃ jahā–payogabaṃdhe ya, vīsasābaṃdhe ya|
vīsasābaṃdhe ṇaṃ bhaṃte! kativihe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe pannatte, taṃ jahā–sādīyavīsasābaṃdhe ya, anādīyavīsasābaṃdhe ya|
payogabaṃdhe ṇaṃ bhaṃte! kativihe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe pannatte, taṃ jahā–siḍhilabaṃdhanabaṃdhe ya, dhaniyabaṃdhanabaṃdhe ya|
bhāvabaṃdhe ṇaṃ bhaṃte! kativihe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe pannatte, taṃ jahā–mūlapagaḍibaṃdhe ya, uttarapagaḍibaṃdhe ya|
neraiyāṇaṃ bhaṃte! kativihe bhāvabaṃdhe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe bhāvabaṃdhe pannatte, taṃ jahā–mūlapagaḍibaṃdhe ya, uttarapagaḍibaṃdhe ya| evaṃ jāva vemāṇiyāṇaṃ|
nāṇāvaraṇijjassa ṇaṃ bhaṃte! kammassa kativihe bhāvabaṃdhe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe bhāvabaṃdhe pannatte, taṃ jahā–mūlapagaḍibaṃdhe ya, uttarapagaḍibaṃdhe ya|
neraiyāṇaṃ bhaṃte! nāṇāvaraṇijjassa kammassa kativihe bhāvabaṃdhe pannatte?
māgaṃdiyaputtā! duvihe bhāvabaṃdhe pannatte, taṃ jahā–mūlapagaḍibaṃdhe ya, uttarapagaḍibaṃdhe ya| evaṃ jāva vemāṇiyāṇaṃ| jahā nāṇāvaraṇijjeṇaṃ daṃḍao bhaṇiyo evaṃ jāva aṃtarāieṇaṃ bhāṇiyavvo|

"Mākandikaputra, two kinds of bonding are taught, namely: material bonding and psychic bonding."

"Mākandikaputra, two kinds are taught, namely: active bonding and spontaneous bonding."

"Mākandikaputra, two kinds are taught, namely: spontaneous bonding with a beginning and spontaneous bonding without a beginning."
