1.16.41

akuṇṭhām utkaṇṭhāṃ niravadhi vitarkyāli-vitatir
yadā tāsām agre hari-paricitaṃ vṛttam aruṇat |
tadā varṣā jātās taḍid-anugatāmbhoda-valitāḥ
pratīpābhāḥ kṛṣṇa-sphuraṇam adhikaṃ hā vidadhire || [śikhariṇī]

When their circle of female friends, guessing their uncurbed, boundless longing,
blocked before them any incident connected with Hari,
then the rains arrived, surrounded by clouds accompanied by lightning,
and though of contrary appearance, alas, they produced all the more the flashing appearance of Kṛṣṇa.
