1.17.108

dhārāḥ śakra-dhanur vimukta-śaratāṃ tanvanti varṣopalā
vajratvaṃ bata vajra-pāta-nicayāḥ sūrya-prapāta-bhramam |
itthaṃ duḥkhitayā hariṃ gatim ite goṣṭhe sa govardhanaṃ
haste' dhatta yathā na kena ca tadā śaktaṃ darāpy ūhitum || [śārdūla]

The torrents of rain took on the form of arrows released from Indra's bow; the hailstones,
alas, became thunderbolts; and the multitudes of falling lightning-bolts simulated the falling of the sun!
When the cowherd settlement, distressed in this way, went to Hari as their refuge, he held Govardhana
in his hand so [effortlessly] that no one could even slightly fathom how it was possible. ||
