[42] atha tad evaṃ vipratrākṛta-satrādikaḥ purohita-hita-sahitaḥ śrī-vraja-yuva-rāja-mahitaḥ sa khalu vijñānāṃ samājaḥ puraskṛta-vraja-rājas tad-yajñāvaśiṣṭaṃ param aviśiṣṭam annam upabhujya, veśa-viśeṣaṃ saṃyujya, gīta-nibaddhaṃ sa-śraddhatayā hari-caritaṃ prati rasan hasan, viśvasan, lasan, parito govardhanaṃ paricakrāma |

[45] Then indeed, having thus performed sacrifices and the like through the brāhmaṇas, accompanied by the beneficial presence of the family priest, honored by the glorious prince-regent of Vraja, that assembly of wise men, placing the king of Vraja at their head, partook of the food left over from that sacrifice, which was supremely unexcelled; put on special attire; and tasting, laughing, breathing easy, and shining with deep faith toward the deeds of Hari composed in songs, walked in circumambulation all around Govardhana.
