priyaṃ niyutaśo' py amūr na hi vilokamānāḥ samaṃ
nimeṣam upasedire yad iyam eva divyā sthitiḥ |
priyeṇa nijam arpitaṃ yad avaloka-śuddhāmṛtaṃ
samaṃ bubhujire pṛthak tad adhikaṃ tu kiṃ varṇyatām? || [pṛthvī]
"Though gazing at their beloved hundreds of thousands of times together, they did not wink; / what a divine state this was! / That pure nectar of his glance which was offered by their beloved / they tasted together, yet each individually; what more could be described?"
