vakṣas te kim api nirīkṣyate praphullaṃ
sparśaṃ cāṇv api sahate calākṣi yan na |
tasmān man-nakha-nakharañjanī-spṛg eva
syān nīruk tad iti harir jahāsa cātra || [praharṣiṇī][*7]

"O restless-eyed woman, your chest appears somewhat swollen, / and it cannot endure even the slightest touch; / therefore, only the touch of my sharp nail-polish will make it free from pain!" / Saying this, Hari laughed.
