ayi kalayata ete reṇavo' py atra dhanyā
yad ajita-pada-padma-sparśa-bhājaḥ sphuranti |
dhruvam agham apahartuṃ brahma-bhargābdhi-kanyā
dadhati śirasi yāṃs tad-darśa-bhāgyaṃ stavāma || [mālinī]
"Ah, look! Even these grains of dust here are fortunate, / for they shine, having attained the touch of the lotus feet of the unconquered Lord! / Surely, to remove their sins, Brahmā, Śiva, and Lakṣmī / place them upon their heads; let us praise the good fortune of seeing them!"
