[32] And this was as follows: / Splendid with charming tilaka and a forest garland made of fresh tulasī leaves, that playful piper sings in imitation of the bees enchanted by his own sweet scent. // Then a flock of ten thousand swans, together with cranes, came closely following in a circle and settled all around, entering into that sound which was sung here by Hari. // [33] And then, when the entire circle of his companions had gathered from here and there together with his elder brother, the narrative of his pastimes of pasturing the cows is to be proclaimed, his expansive joy augmented by his preeminent, enticing beauty manifested through various forest decorations of the time, such as peacock plumes and tail-feathers, and by his exquisite garlands.
