vrajasthānāṃ rāmaḥ sva-sahaja-viyogārciṣi hareḥ
purā satyaṃ jajñe punar iha tu jātaḥ sukha-kṛtī |
yatas teṣāṃ jvālāṃ sphurad amṛta-vācā praśamayaṃs
tadīyāṃ sphūrtiṃ dṛg-viṣayam iva cakre sva-balataḥ ||

'In the flame of Hari's separation which is natural to them, Rāma / truly was known formerly as a creator of joy to the residents of Vraja, but here he became so again; / for, quenching their blazing grief with gleaming nectar-like words, / he made the appearance of Him visible to their eyes, as it were, through his own power.'
