[44] śrī-kṛṣṇa uvāca-pūrvam api purvahir antar-gamane tāsu nava-yauvanaṃ gatāsu guru-nirodha purur evāsīt | adhunā tu kīdṛg adhikaḥ?

[44] Śrī Kṛṣṇa said: "Even previously, when they had attained fresh youth, the elders' restriction was already great regarding their going outside and inside. But how is it greater now?"
