sarvve dvijāḥ kānyakujāḥ māthuraṃ māgadhaṃ vinā /
māgadho brahmaṇā parvvūṃ kalpito dvija eva ca /
varāhasya ca gharmmeṇa māthuro jāyate tathā //
All twice-born are Kānyakubjas, except for the Māthura and the Māgadha; / the Māgadha was previously fashioned by Brahmā as a twice-born, / and the Māthura was born from the sweat of the Boar [incarnation].
